Terms & Conditions

When you place an order, we send an email confirming what you ordered. Your contract with us starts when your order is delivered. Prices on the website include VAT where applicable.

The minimum order is £20.00. Delivery costs £3.50, and is free on orders over £50.00.

You can change your order or delivery slot until 22:00 the evening before delivery.

If an item is unavailable, we'll substitute it with a similar product or leave it out, depending on the choice you made at checkout. You can reject any substitution at the door and won't be charged for it.

If anything arrives damaged or isn't up to standard, tell us within 48 hours and we'll refund or replace it.

We work hard to keep product details accurate, but recipes and packaging can change. Always check the label for ingredients and allergens before use.
